"The room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had great options, but the staff was amazing. The check in staff was friendly, supportive and professional in making sure are needs where met after a long drive. the housekeeping staff gave us some assistance with requests. staff w bkfst did a great job and checkout staff was friendly and supportive w a number of guests. The hotel, room and food where great but the STAFF WAS EXCELLENT and I highly recommend this stay because they showed made us feel welcomed, supported and at ease. We will stay here again when going through Toledo.👍5⭐"

"The room, bed, bathroom, frig, a/c worked great. I'd recommend either steam cleaning the carpet or change the carpet all together. The carpet was worn and ditry looking a bit."
