fantastic place and service but would not recommend going to this place with teenagers as some of the pools are off limits for them..... Which was not clear when booking the hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean.
Early check in was not available - not great when you have had an overnight flight with kids.
The beach transfer is not to a private beach - it is a public beach with no sunbeds - not what I was expecting.

When we arrived. The hotel did not have our booking.
Within about half and hour, the back office created our booking.
There was no apology for the inconvenience.
I mentioned to the front desk that it was my special birthday and they promised to do/give something complimentary in our room. Unfortunately, this did not happen.
The main restaurant for breakfast can be very busy.
On one morning, when this was particularly busy, we were shown to an overflow restaurant, which was actually quieter, the staff were excellent here.
Overall, we had an average, but pleasant stay here.

Lovely staff, decent bed. Room wasn’t great. Lots of construction work happening which doesn’t make for restful sleep. I had to phone housekeeping for basics such as robe, body wash, shampoo. The showerglass was full of limescale and lots of mold amd damp walls in bathroom. Bit disappointing.
But lovely staff.
