"We came on a weekend and did not realize there was a youth football tournament and we weren't able to use the pool or spa due to the amount of people in the pool and spa. It was too dangerous to take my 2 year old swimming because the other kids were running and screaming and throwing balls across the pool."

"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bed was nice for sleeping and the room had a couch as well. Breakfast was good, with pastries, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea and juice. There were no hot items, but a toaster and microwave were available. I liked that a coffee/cappuccino machine and tea was available all day. The marina was right across the street and we saw seals on an island off the shore. Restaurants are nearby with more a short drive away. The only unusual thing is the sink is in your room and not in the bathroom. But it is convenient if one person is using the bathroom and the other person is getting ready. Overall, I would recommend The Lighthouse and would definitely stay here again."

"PROS: It fit exactly into my budget! I liked the Anchor Beach Inn. My sleep was restful on a comfortable bed and the room was spacious with a good sized fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spacious. I liked the quality of the liquid soaps. I especially liked that there were a lot of lamps and a ceiling light - it was very bright and I prefer that. The temperature controls were easy to use for both A/C and heat. I arrived after midnight, and there was a live virtual employee who let me in the door to the lobby and checked me in over a video screen. I had not experienced that before. CONS: The cover on the bed looked a bit tired with one big very light spot and lots of snags."
