While the room was very clean, there was a sock left under the bed from the previous guest that housekeeping must have missed. Also, one major drawback of the entire hotel is that it had an overpowering odor of curry spice that never went away

Beautiful grounds, walkable to the lake front. If you're driving, it's fun to drive around Geneva Lake and see the historic and lovely homes on the lake. 15 minutes to downtown Lake Geneva for fun dining and shopping.

What a lovely stay we had! Our room was a dream, with a tower and sweet dressing table in the bathroom. Everything is so clean an sooting in pale shades of white and that goes for the chandeliered common spaces as well. The staff were all so accommodating and the breakfast amenities were great. Topnotch drinks and nibbles and service in the bar too. We'd love to come back!
