"I had a great and comfortable weekend stay at Bethany beach hotel. My room was double queen beds, so plush! I did not partake in the free buffer breakfast but I did enjoy the 2 complimentary adult beverages that came with the room. The front desk team is friendly. The hotel also gave me some vouchers for the nearby botanical gardens and mini golf behind the hotel. This hotel is perfect and close proximity to Bethany Beach and OC! I will be back."

"Getting into the place from the road and out of the parking lot back onto the road is a bit strange. There is no dedicated turn-off. The location is amongst various other restaurants/buildings, etc. in an odd setting."

"We have started visiting annually thanks to the great accommodations they offer just steps from the beach. Had another great time this past weekend."

"Here's the good: - nice location - clean linens and carpet - nice pier to sit on overlooking the bay. Everything else: Booked a month or so ago. Arrived to discover they were renovating parts of the hotel, and that my room was directly over top of where workmen were cutting large slabs of marble with saws. When I inquired about the noise, the staff only said "Oh, we're renovating." Constant power sawing went on for two days. The morning of check out, I was in the shower when the water was cut off, no warning, because they were apparenlt redoing the washer-dryers outside my room. I don't normally write negative reviews, but the three day vacation I tried to go on was hampered by poor weather. I couldnt retreat to the beach, and the hotel I booked to relax was under construction. I understand needing to renovate, especially during off season, but I would have booked somewhere I could actually take a nap for my vacation. Super disappointing."

"Clean rooms, breakfast choices were good, staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was I believe it was an air purifier in our room was pretty loud. But I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"l. box of tissues were on the higher shelf-covered in dust and had to pull about 6 out til i got one that looked normal-i.e. not wet then dry. 2. breakfast on weekend labeled, clean, organized. today, no eggs, no sausage, no labels, no lids for coffee since you don't have coffee in the room and i had to go downstairs for that first cup. 3. one bar of soap-one for washing hands in sink. luckily i had a bar of soap for use in the shower. 4. overall the bathroom not easy to put items on the sink, shelves-makeup bags, dob kits, etc. and when in shower and want to get out? the door with handle opens next to toilet-not much room. using your nails on the door to get the other side open to step out. 5. no alarm clock to see time during the night. yes, you had a microwave and we could set the time but not everyone has great vision, esp during the night.
