"My issue was room cleanliness. There was something that felt like cereal near the chair which I stepped on with my bare foot and heard it crunch. The room wasn't vacuumed well. (if at all) On the dresser with the tv there was a sticky spot, like jelly, which infers the dresser wasn't wiped down. There was a large water spot on the sink, in the front where one washes,.
