"The train track next to my room was horrible. i woke up 3 times during the first night and requested a room change and the staff refused and said the entire hotel is completely booked. which is hard to believe. on top of it my room is right opposite to the housekeeping. the noises from that room made my life miserable. i ran to the nearest pharmacy to buy ear plugs as i was losing my sleep. it’s a nightmare. would never rec this place to anyone. The breakfast was not good at all. should have more healthy food choices. high carb and high sugar is the breakfast theme here. the tables were very dirty. i ended up cleaning everytime i went there. they don’t even have a pool or hot tub. i was really shocked that after shelling close to $650 /3 nights, this place is worse than most competitors.I do not have not even have one single pro to mention."

"Nestled between Peddler’s village and New Hope , This property is perfect. Staff extremely friendly . Rooms very clean , beds and pillows comfy . Free breakfast was delicious . Definitely worth the stay . Can’t wait to go back "

"Room, check in, amenities were good, But we had a issue with male worker at night. He called us at 12 am at night asking to come to front desk because we are not officially checked in. We checked in at 4:00 pm, filled out form with our info, swiped credit card for security deposit, got our room key. We came at midnight showing him that we have pending transaction on our credit card for security deposit. He didn’t even want to look at it. He said that in his computer doesn’t show that, and we are not even allowed to be in our room. He said that only option that we have is to swipe the card again or leave the hotel. He was demanding us to swipe the card one more time which we didn’t want to do cause its already was showing the transaction. We ask for the boss or supervisor or manager. He said that he is the boss and he is not gonna call anyone. He start raising his voice to us- which is very inappropriate behavior with the customer. My husband told him that we are gonna record our conversation because he is crossing the line of behavior. As soon as he saw that we are recording our conversation he changed the tone, changed the manner talking, he said that he is gonna fix everything, he apologized and let us go. Around 12:30 we returned back in our room, we went to sleep, and at 1:00 am he called again , woke us up to say that he fixed everything and that we are good. That was the worst costumer service we’ve ever experienced. I think that person needs to go back to first grade."
