The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy

The room was clean and the location convenient for out itinerary. Great restaurants nearby.
Our stay was wonderful. Our two bedroom suite was very comfortable for 3 people and 2 pets. Excellent service and a wonderful breakfast each day. We would stay here again!
It was a pleasure to stay there. Bed was comfortable. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast food and area were great. I even got to use the pool!
Hotel was fantastic! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I will again stay here if in the area.

Decent hotel with spacious rooms. A bit uncertain if the price is worth it. Breakfast to me was pitiful and low quality, if you compare the price and brand name Hilton to what it is known for internationally and what a Hilton breakfast looks like globally outside of the U.S. for the same price.

I loved the spacious suites and the hot breakfast options
Outstanding suite with wonderfully hot shower and very comfortable bed. The breakfast selection and quality was a little disappointing but the room made up for it.
The rooms were clean, large, and came with a kitchen. We especially liked the complimentary tea/coffee and fruit available at all hours. Would definitely stay again.
The room was spacious and clean And the most comfortable bed easy access to peddlers Village and new hope and KCprime steakhouse fantastic. Come again.
The room was the perfect size for the family we had going. The beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had was they never cleaned our room, it was stated they clean every other day and we were there for 3 days and nobody ever came to our room to clean anything. The hotel was in a great location too, central to everything.
I'll start with the only two downsides I've encountered with this hotel.
1) if you're looking to visit Philly, it's a little hike from here
2) the trash cans have this unnecessary circular steel lid on top that limits the size of garbage you dispose
Other than that, this hotel is everything! The cleanest hotel we've ever been to. Every time we go, whether off season or travel season, the place is spotless! I'm talking a clean indoor pool, the sweetest scent of a gym and the rooms are dust free!
Also, the sweetest staff you'll ever encounter! And their breakfast is AMAZING! During our 4 night stay, one morning we slept in after a long wedding evening, we got down to the breakfast bar and the food was PACKED. Any other hotel, if the breakfast ends at 10 a.m. and you get there by 9:45, you're S.O.L., but here, all the trays were filled to the brim!
A good location to Peddlers Village so that’s how I picked this hotel. Felt safe and comfortable with the area. Check in was quick however I had a very hard time hearing the man checking me in he was so soft spoken. Free breakfast had a decent selection but honestly not good. The eggs smelled funny, greasy meat, dried potatoes so I have definitely had better free breakfast but can’t do much complaining cause well it’s free. The biggest complaint was the shower, the showerhead was black caked with mildew. I cleaned it myself before I could even shower. The kitchen was not stocked with any dish soap or cleaning products and honestly the kitchen cabinets needed a good wipe down. The hotel itself appeared clean and I saw people with carts cleaning but our room wasn’t in tip top shape in my opinion. For $220 a night I would stay again but not having the highest expectations.

Morning buffet breakfast is good idea though the fruit salad was not fresh nor were the hot items hot.
Unfortunately, there was an 8-hour power outage which required using the stairs - a difficult task for my roommate.
The room was not groomed during the 4-day stay. Sign in the room indicated the it would be cleaned "every other day", though did not indicate "effective after third day". If I knew it would not be cleaned on third day I would have cleaned it myself - cleanliness brings comfort. We were truly disappointed when we came back to the room Sunday night to a power outage and an ungroomed room. While other guests left the hotel we stuck it out. Thought it would be appropriate for the hotel to offer a discount to recognize the inconvenience - answer was "No"
