"Our week long stay at the Otter Hotel was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff. Using the hot pools and sauna while looking at the mountains was amazing. Two robes provided in room to wear to the hot pools was a very nice touch. Complimentary Roam bus passes provided. Free parking garage a definite plus. Ice machine also has a water spout for filling your bottles, this was a great bonus for my family of water drinkers! Highly recommend staying here. "
"Property is located right at the center of the town. Parking is very easy. Most of Banff tour pickup location is also located right at the back of the hotel. You can easily hop on a shuttle from there. Recommended if you’re looking to stay at the town centre."
