"Housekeeping lady on her call out in the hallway super loud on speaker phone at 7:00 am .very disturbing woke up several rooms we all came out to tell her to please keep it down. Then at 10:00 hotel fire alarm went off for about 15 non stop .. all very disturbing for a hotel stay to try rest ."

"March 31, 2026 We booked for one night and stayed in the panoramic room! It is absolutely beautiful and a huge room. The room was very clean however the hallways and the room smell of older carpet. The rest of the building without carpet was very fresh.! staff was very attentive and spoke! We didn’t really use any amenities however we were told breakfast buffet was available for $18 and so was a bar!! I will be back for another staycation"

"Breakfast was a joke. The pool was filthy and wasn’t cleaned from day to day. "

"Room had mold all over the tub, the bathroom was all dusty. A sofa chair was horribly stained everywhere, the carpet had pieces missing and to top it off when we woke up kids could not use the pool a whole day. I reached out before our stay to make sure pool was available because that’s all my boys wanted to do was swim. I will not be staying here again, they moved us to another room and it wasn’t any better. "

"This hotel is in the heart of everything. Restaurant from Benihana's to Chipotle. Shopping centers are also at a large variety. This hotel does offee breakfast, eats sausages/ham, oatmeal, cereal, coffee and juice. I came from out of town and did a staycation with my mom and she enjoyed herself. She raved about the comfortableness of the bed and the breakfast she love everything about it. Staff was attentive and extremely polite. Requested towels and was taken care of immediately. I felt valued would stay and recommend. Its also family friendly which is a plus. "
