Completely Renovated And Beautifully Furnished Condo In Delray Beach...
- Completely remodeled modern condo with brand new furniture. Lake view, new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, washer and dryer, flatscreen TV's, wi-fi internet in the unit. Delray Racquet Club is a resort style community with 2 swimming pools, spa, gym and tennis courts. Cable TV, water and electric included in the rent. Centrally located east of I-95, 1 mile to the beach and 5 minutes to Atlantic Ave restaurants and shops!
Minimum stay of 30 days. For bookings in high season (Dec to March) minimum stay of 2 months required. No pets and no smoking allowed. Cleaning fee of $150 will apply per stay. Rentals are subject to Association approval, a fee of $150 is charged per person on approval application.

Perfect spot!
We had a fabulous one month stay at Murat’s condo. Nicely decorated, modern condo with all the amenities and kitchen supplies we needed. Two beautiful pool areas, friendly neighbors. Very comfortable king bed with nice linens. Close to countless restaurants and stores. A short ride to the beach and Atlantic Ave. Murat was a wonderful and responsive host. We hope to return next year.

Welcoming, clean and comfortable
We have been visiting the area for over 30 years and stayed in a family property which has now been sold, so for us to stay somewhere different was a little nerve racking. We didn’t need to worry as Murat’s apartment was everything we could’ve hoped for. The location is very easy to find, very close to the i95 which is great to be able to get around. The apartment was spotless, with all you could need and more for a comfortable stay. Although only one bedroom, each room is spacious and well planned. A fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and washing & drying machine make for all the facilities you need for a great stay. A good sized closet holds both suitcases, clothes and lots of shopping. The apartment is 5 minutes drive to the beach and there are lots of local shops and amenities available. We were very happy here for our 5 weeks stay and we will hopefully be back.

Wonderful experience
Stayed at the property in the midst of Covid, getting away from a harsh winter up north. That in itself was a gift. The apt was perfect for me, with its spacious rooms and porch, it’s gut renovated and tastefully decorated interior. It’s overlooking a serene lake with palm trees and a soothing fountain. Having the pools and tennis courts as well as the beach nearby was perfect for my favorite activities. Abundant shopping is just minutes away. The owner is very thoughtful and responsive. I would definitely return!

Murat’s Condo in Delray Racquet Club
Nicely updated one bedroom condo on third floor overlooking Pond. Breakfast every morning on the balcony. It was a pleasure to spend the month of February there. The complex and it’s grounds are beautifully maintained. The unit is very comfortable for 2 people to enjoy. I highly recommend this unit. Murat, the owner was very attentive and helpful.
