No Pets Allowed. $450/day fine and $750 cleaning fee if signs of pets are present at ANY time. Service pets, must be disclosed and approved by HOA.

No smoking is allowed at any point of the stay neither indoor or in the outdoor balcony. A $500 cleaning fee if any signs of smoking are present.

Condo has outdoor security Cameras by the front door for your protection and mine. Tampering of the cameras is $250 fee and reservation termination.

Great experience

It was an excellent experience. The apartment was very nice and comfortable to live in for our stay. We loved the complex and the location was excellent. We are hoping to rent again next year.

Perfect for 2 people. Plenty of room. It was manageable for 4 people for a few days. Very responsive owner. Full laundry. Comfortable bed. Great location.
