Located in one of Delray Beach’s established residential neighborhoods, known for larger lots, mature trees, and a quieter setting just minutes from downtown and the ocean.
The property is defined by space. A huge backyard gives you room to spread out after the beach: morning coffee under the tiki hut, afternoon shade, and evenings outdoors without feeling packed in. This is the Delray stay for guests who want the town’s energy nearby and a generous, leafy lot to come home to.

Coming soon — 1,000 sq. ft. tiki hut
A 1,000-square-foot tiki hut with an outdoor kitchen and TV is scheduled to be completed within about two months, so its definitely will be ready for winter season 2020-2027. Listing photos will be updated as soon as it is finished. Until then, guests enjoy the existing home and the large backyard.

    The location
Sherwood Park, Delray Beach — spacious lots and a residential, upscale-feeling neighborhood close to the city’s best amenities
A few minutes to legendary Atlantic Avenue: dining, galleries, shops, and nightlife
A few minutes to Delray Municipal Beach, named Best Beach in Florida by USA TODAY’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards for three consecutive years, and a Blue Flag beach for water quality and safety

    The stay
A comfortable home base for couples, families, and friends. Fast 1 Gig Wi-Fi. Full kitchen. Outdoor living on a half-acre lot built around the old banyan. Designed so the beach and Atlantic Avenue are the outing — and the yard is the reset.
    Who it suits
Guests who want Delray’s award-winning beach and downtown without a tight condo lot. Better for travelers who value privacy, shade, and a large backyard than for those looking for an oceanfront high-rise.
Come for the beach. Stay under the banyan. Return when the tiki hut is up — the listing photos will show it as soon as it is ready.

    The pool
The pool is run on top-of-the-line equipment: a premium heater so the water stays comfortable beyond peak summer, a high-end salt system for softer water and less harsh chlorine, and a full automation system so temperature, timing, and features are controlled cleanly rather than with leftover equipment from a decade ago. Multi-color LED lighting sets the backyard at night. A robotic cleaner runs every other day, and a pool service also comes on a regular schedule, so the water is kept in condition for guests — not left to whoever last used it.

    Interiors
Living spaces are furnished with RH and Baer’s pieces - substantial, high-end furniture rather than disposable vacation-rental stock. Smart LED TVs are throughout the main rooms so evenings in are as easy as evenings out on Atlantic Avenue.

    Built for Florida weather
The property is built to a high hurricane standard: impact windows and doors throughout, and a metal roof — among the strongest roof types used in South Florida against wind. You get the climate and the storms of Delray without a house that feels temporary.

Welcome to Delray Beach – The Village by the Sea!
Discover one of Florida’s most charming coastal towns, affectionately known by locals as “the Village by the Sea.” Delray Beach offers a rare and special blend of beautiful beaches, walkable vibes, and authentic local character that sets it apart from the rest of South Florida.
    Why Guests Love Staying Here:

    Exceptional Public Beach Access
Enjoy one of the few cities in Florida with miles of wide, beautiful public beach. Unlike many neighboring towns, Delray has very few buildings built directly on the beachfront, giving you open, unobstructed access to the sand and sea. Relax in the sun, swim in the turquoise water, and truly unwind.
    Fantastic Beach Parks
Spend your days at beautiful oceanfront parks:
Gulfstream Park offers free parking, restrooms, playground, picnic areas with grills, and direct beach access — perfect for families and groups.
Atlantic Dunes Park provides a more natural, dune-filled experience (paid parking nearby).

    Beach-to-Downtown Walkability
One of Delray’s biggest advantages — after a perfect beach day, simply walk or take a short stroll to vibrant restaurants, cafes, and shops. This is something you won’t find easily in Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, or most other Florida coastal cities.
    Iconic Atlantic Avenue
Stroll down Atlantic Avenue, named one of USA Today’s “10 Great American Shopping Streets.” This charming, tree-lined street is full of personality with local restaurants, unique boutiques, art galleries, and lively nightlife. Big chain stores are limited, giving it an authentic, cozy village feel. Guests often tell us they never want to leave the area!

Delray Beach has become the go-to destination for locals from Boca, Boynton, and beyond. With incredible dining, great cocktails, live music, and a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere, there’s truly something for everyone.
Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a fun family vacation, or a lively friends trip, our “Village by the Sea” delivers the perfect mix of beach relaxation and walkable excitement.
We can’t wait to host you in Delray Beach — where unforgettable memories are made every single day.

    Florida Climate & Pest Notice

Please note that our homes are located in Florida’s tropical climate, where insects are a natural part of the environment. At any time of the year—and especially during the rainy season—you may encounter insects such as ants, spiders, palmetto bugs, or other common Florida pests both outdoors and, on occasion, indoors.

Our properties are professionally serviced on a regular schedule by Native Pest Control, one of the area’s leading pest control companies. However, due to Florida’s climate and frequent rainfall, no pest control company can guarantee a completely insect-free environment.

If you notice an unusual amount of insect activity during your stay, please let us know. The only available solution is to schedule an additional pest control treatment, and we will do our best to arrange this as quickly as possible. Please note that service availability may vary, especially on weekends and holidays.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept that occasional insect activity is a normal part of staying in Florida and is not considered a cleanliness issue or a defect of the property.

The vast majority of our guests enjoy their stay without any issues related to insects, and we appreciate your understanding of Florida’s unique tropical environment. WEEKLY PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Please be aware that our pool service technician and landscaping crew service the property on a weekly basis. As part of their regular maintenance, they may access the backyard, pool area, and other outdoor areas during your stay.

Our service providers have their own access through the side gate and may enter and leave the outdoor areas independently. They will never need access inside the house.

Pool service includes cleaning, checking the equipment, and adding the necessary chemicals to keep the water clean and properly balanced. Landscaping service includes lawn care, trimming, and general maintenance of the front and backyard areas.

We are unable to provide a specific day or time for these services, as their schedules depend on their weekly service routes and may change without prior notice to us.

These services are necessary for the proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the property and may take place while the home is occupied. By booking and staying at the property, you acknowledge and agree that our regular service providers may access the outdoor areas during your stay without additional advance notice.

    Thank you for your understanding!
