The "Water House" Cottages

Completely renovated designated historic “Water House,” this is a unique and special home never before available for rent on one of the most private and desirable streets in beautiful Palm Trail. The property consists of a 2 separate cottages.

2 bedroom/1 bath main home is completed updated with refinished original Dade Pine wood, antique fireplace, completed updated kitchen with farmhouse sink and Thermador appliances. Walls are coastal shiplap throughout the home. Outdoor deck space with beautiful covered patio with grill.

Lush landscaping throughout the property which is on a deadend street one home from the intercoastal. There is a private park at the end of the street 50 feet away which is directly on the intercoastal.

Second guest house on the property is a 1 bedroom/1 bath, also completely renovated with kitchenette and SubZero mini-fridge. Guest house has its own separate laundry and large living area with a pullout sofa.

This home was 4 years in renovation to update the historic grandeur of one of Delray’s most famous historic homes to the latest contemporary amenities with natural gas water heater, range and washer/dryer. This rare opportunity will not last long!

Great house, in a great location!

The property has been beautifully renovated. Everything was very clean, and well-supplied. The neighborhood was very nice, and walkable. Owners were super easy to get in touch with. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Beautiful property

The property is clean and bright with upscale finishes and appliances. The location is great nestled in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach and Atlantic Avenue. It was great as a group of adults to have to separate cottages on the same property. Everything in the homes is new and well decorated. We did not expect new laundry machines to be located in both properties that was a great bonus. The owner was great and left us a bottle of champagne and sent a text upon our arrival to make sure all was ok. We would absolutely stay here again it was perfect and we loved it.

AMAZING location, AMAZING house

This house was incredible. There was no detail spared in the craftsmanship of this home. Not only is the location walking distance to the beach but the neighborhood was also awesome. The kitchen was high-end and fully updated and we enjoyed a couple meals during our stay. And then there’s the guest house. It’s just perfect. Same level of detail and very comfortable living conditions. What we appreciated most was that there was a washer dryer in each the guest house and the main house. I wouldn’t hesitate to book if it is even available since I assume it will get booked quickly. Owners were easy to get a hold of abs responsive to our needs.
