"Room was pretty small. Very loud where our room was, doors slamming people running, wall thin you can hear the other rooms. Thought it would be better. Had to move to a different hotel."

"Beautiful resort with great amenities. Pool is small but worked and beach was beautiful. Great bar service to both. Rooms are average size but nice. Balconies were big and lovely for enjoying the ocean breeze. Would recommend for a long weekend. A few miles from downtown Del Ray. Definitely need a car to get to anything. "

"Location would have been good except it is across a small park from railroad tracks whch are used by at least 3 different types of trains that we could count- 24/7 (IOW not occasionally as described). It caused the whole house to vibrate and took qute a toll on us- we were there for business and needed our sleep. The rooms look like the pictures and grounds were as described but there was an odor that had to be addressed (they did). Going forward, I would just say there needs to be no smell at all, transparency about the noise and a culling of old towels (threadbear bath towels are not welcoming)"

"Supposed to be free breakfast- made me pay @$25?at check in for the “ continental breakfast”. The “ continental breakfast “ not good. We skipped that. Room was clean but “tired” very old. Looked like new paint recently but there were bare roller marks on the wall. Some tile damage in the tub/shower. If you want the beach it’s very good. We only stayed one night and would not stay there again. "

"Excellent house!! Loved the location tucked back in a quiet neighborhood but just off Linton for shopping and restaurents. Minutes from A1A and the beach!! Large, very clean house w plenty of room. Easy checkin, checkout, and quick response from host. No problems at all. We will be back!! "

"My 6 Week stay at this location was a pleasure. There was enough room for a single person or a couple for a long stay. The kitchen was adequate. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. My biggest complaint was the lack of storage for clothes in the bedroom, there only a closet with some hanger. Fred, the host, is friendly and attentive to any needs or concerns. Would stay again!"
