9.6/10 Exceptional! (327 reviews)
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

9/10 Wonderful! (3,435 reviews)
We were expecting a much better room. The room seems outdated, the bedding was really uncomfortable and not cozy. Pillows were uncomfortable and we have to ask for more pillows. The sofa bed where my son slept, was dirty and we had to ask for additional clean sheets and blankets.
The hallways looked like a hospital and just felt not cozy at all.
The staff is amazing and very friendly.

7.2/10 Good! (1,005 reviews)
"Staff were sitting at the restaurant next door watching cameras for someone to come into the lobby. Had to go 4 times to have my key reset because of a low battery on the door lock. Breakfast was terrible food, frozen bread placed out, one day was half hr after they opened before anything hot was ..."
