Apartment COZY at 200 m. of the Princess Gondola

Apartment 30 m 2 + mezzanine 5 m 2 (excluding Carrez law), can comfortably accommodate a family with 3 children, or 4 adults.

Composed of an entrance with alcove with bunk beds, living room with dining table, kitchen and living room with a BZ (140x200) and a TV. Mezzanine (with bed 140x190) reserved for children over 13 years.
Shower room with washing machine and towel dryer, separate WC.
Parking in the basement with ski locker + outdoor parking space. From the stay you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Equipment :
Dishwasher, washing machine, raclette and fondue; coffee maker, kettle, soup mixer, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hair dryer.
Sheets and towels provided (1 towel, 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth per person, 2 tea towels and 2 hand towels for the stay).
If additional linen was to be provided during your stay, it would be charged in addition (available price on the spot and retained on deposit).

Luggage & concierge service:
- The apartment must be returned in good condition and clean (extra cleaning time 50 € retained on the deposit).
- Please contact us for the organization of your stay. A person is in charge of the delivery of the keys on the day of arrival and the day of departure with the inventory of fixtures; Arrivals are between 4 pm and 6 pm, departures between 8 am and 10 am, you will be contacted by the concierge service to set your arrival time.
- If however you were delayed, thank you to inform 1 hour before the person in charge to welcome you because any fixed arrival time exceeded by one hour without warning will be charged 15 € of the hour of waiting (retained on deposit) .
- Any arrival time after 8 pm or departure before 7 am will be charged 25 € (retained on deposit).

Ski area :
The apartment is ideally located at the Princess roundabout 200 meters walk from the Princess gondola giving direct access to the heart of the ski area (445 km of ski resorts Megeve, Saint Gervais Mont Blanc, Saint Nicolas de Véroce). You can rent your skis at the foot of the gondola where the hirers also offer a deposit service allowing a walk back to the apartment.
Skiing for all in a unique setting in the middle of authentic alpine pastures and pretty fir forests with Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi as show.
Possible to return to the resort of Combloux (100 km of slopes), located at 1. 4 km from the residence.

The station :
Megève is the oldest resort in the Alps, located 85 km from Geneva airport and 172 km from Lyon, it enjoys an exceptional geographical location.
You can enjoy daytime skiing and after-ski après-ski fun in the many themed bars, clubs and gastronomic tables of the resort. In the heart of the village, stroll through the small streets with old-world charm and cozy atmosphere, punctuated by the sound of horse-drawn carriages, luxury boutiques and art galleries.

The resort offers many sports activities such as:
ice rink, snow golf, balneotherapy, aquatic complex, curling rinks, toboggan runs, spa, climbing walls, tennis courts, etc.
To enjoy the breathtaking scenery you can also snowshoeing, paragliding, a first flight in a hot air balloon, helicopter or plane.

Finally in Megève you can also enjoy cultural activities such as festivals of classical music, blues, jazz and / or discover exhibitions in the art galleries of the city.
