Snowater Condo #68 - 2 Story Family Condo - Sleeps-4 - Close to Community Amenities - Wi-Fi!
This extensively remodeled standard 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath townhouse-style condo is the perfect base camp for family activities! The main floor features a fully equipped galley-style kitchen with new countertops, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar, plus a combination living/dining area with new flooring, furnishings, and fixtures, as well as a wood stove insert (firewood NOT provided) and a walk-out balcony that overlooks the well maintained common area grounds. Also included is one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, plus a 1/2 bath with all new fixtures. Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with all new furnishings, including 1-queen-sized bed, a laundry cubby with a new stack washer/dryer, and one full bath. This monitored family vacation property will sleep 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Accommodations very basic. No TV, no internet. Furnishings old, bare lightbulb in children's room. No instructions on how or if Jennair stove or fireplace could be used. Amenities at the resort good (i.e. pool, rec center). Overall, not worth the price, very disappointing.

Great location but holes in screens and septic smell

The condo is nice but needs some care. There are holes and gaps in the screen doors front and back and an upstairs window screen so we couldn't leave them open in the evening and it was hot during our stay. Also the back screen door lock is broken. And out front there is a constant bad smell of sewer or septic. Other than that, location, condo, and facilities are great.
