About this property
Secluded waterfront paradise on 56 beautiful wooded acres!
- This tranquil waterfront property allows for you to experience the North Georgia Mountains to the fullest, and is a mini-resort in its own right. "Whitewater Whispers" features an idyllic creek winding throughout the estate with large shoals that can be heard from the home, private walking trails with multiple swimming areas, and a beautifully landscaped yard with a fire pit. The interior has been thoughtfully designed with every guest in mind and is ADA accessible. The house features a heated indoor pool, spacious great room with a piano, a fully-loaded kitchen, two large bedrooms with Tempurpedic mattresses, and two full bathrooms with one featuring a walk-in rainfall shower. In addition, enjoy an oversized 2 vehicle garage, multiple decks, and even a backup automatic generator just in case. There is an outdoor security camera on the garage overlooking the driveway and parking area. "Whitewater Whispers" is truly a rare find in the area that we hope you can experience!
