"We arrived to Copenhagen at 6:30am, the staff helped us store our luggage. We were able to check in a bit early because of availability, which was so lovely after our long trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable. We enjoyed refreshing in the sauna. The breakfast buffet was very good. It is a short walk to the central station and Tivoli Gardens, and many attractions. Bus stations to other areas are close by. Felt very safe and comfortable."

"Good location near the train station and main tourist area. Rooms are small but adequate with a bar and basic food items. The bathroom is very small with the shower similar to the enclosed tubes the contestants in the Hunger Games are raised up in heading to the starting area. Overall good."

"The place serves its purpose. The bathroom shower doors don’t fit properly and water would get all over the floors. Not sure we had hand towels. We had smaller towels than the bath towels but they were bigger than a hand towel. Also no washcloths. There is no true AC. The room does cool down but not like AC is running. If you moved around too much we got sweaty. We were thankful we brought along travel fans as that helped immensely. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good. Would we stay there again…yes, but would definitely make sure we had our fans and would probably pack our own washcloths."

"The hotel was better than I expected about shared bathrooms. It has two separate showers, two toilet rooms with two stalls in each on the 4th floor. I don't recall how many rooms share these bathrooms but it works out well since I didn't see anyone waiting. They're fairly maintained and cleaned daily. I like that there's a sink in my room. The hotel is across the street from the Central Train Station and pretty much within walking distance to most tourist attractions, restaurants, stores, etc. My room window faces the street side, and I could hear people talking, yelling/screaming, loud cars, etc. from the street all night; worse on weekends! I can also hear hotel guests talking in the hallway and next room noise due to poor insulation. I've had sleepless nights due to the noise from the street and from the hall/next rooms."

"Breakfast and lounge were fabulous. Staff was helpful and quick to respond. Towels were extra large. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a small balcony that overlooked the square. We were facing away from trivoli so could hear the fireworks but could not see them. Location was good for pubs and close to main walking streets. Really convenient to catch the metro to town and the airport."
