"We had a very difficult time with the WiFi. We would continually get kicked off. We couldn’t stay connected and had to repeatedly retype the password and MAYBE it would be accepted."

"This is a beautiful hotel with great service and located in a great spot in Copenhagen just slightly outside of the crowded tourist area. Very walkable. It is worth paying extra for the water view rooms. I contacted the hotel in advance of our stay to request reservations at the restaurant on our day of arrival since it was my husband's birthday that day. We arrived and they had upgraded our room and left a note and chocolates in the room for his birthday and the restaurant gave him birthday greetings the moment we walked in. Our stay here was lovely. It is a very large hotel and got to be quite crowded toward the end of our 4 day stay in August. If you are looking for a quiet boutique style hotel, this hotel is not that. That being said, they seem to manage the crowds well and the hotel is really maintained beautifully."

"Location excellent and the hotel has character. The room (type medium) was of a good size and layout. Bathroom fully tiled (beautiful tiles) and walk-in shower (big plus). Bed had excellent comfort. The design is cosy and stylish. None of that boring minimalistic crap but it's not cluttered. It has all the expected amenities. For amenities tho, having dispenser style soaps etc in the bathroom does being down the experience. It's not a Premier Inn or a Scandic Hotel... The cleanliness of certain types of surfaces (like the bathroom door frame, ceiling and back of bathroom door were very noticeable dirty. Fire alarm went off in the early morning and hotel had to be evacuated for a few mins. Fortunately the hotel and fire brigade was quick in establishing no danger and one could return to try to sleep again. It didn't help the bed in my room was located against a wall where the corridor was located on the other side as occasionally it sounded like an animal stampede was passing though that corridor. The hotel breakfast didn't look specifically inspiring and worth the cost, so im happy I hadn't included that. Overall I do recommend the hotel for it's positives; the location, character, room design and the (discounted) price."

"Lovely hotel within walking distance of all the main Copenhagen sights. Clean, cozy room as expected in the description. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel. Breakfast was Ok and rather pricey. Our experience was better off getting something locally in a restaurant or cafe."

"The kids' activities were absolutely incredible for children. There was a lot going on and staff around. It wasn't a dedicated kids' club in the sense that they repurposed their conference hall facilities, but nevertheless they added a great dimension to our stay. I would really highly recommend it, and things like the bikes too are a great addition. The staff are all really good with kids and breakfast as well, and everywhere, so I would say, , incredible stay as parents!"
