Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Den Oever, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: children's playground (swing, sandbox), parking at the house. E-charging station. Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 210 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 210 cm). Terrace 15 m2, garden 60 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. For every 3 nights booked electric cars can charge electricity, up to €50 free of charge.
