Prima huisje op een "park in ontwikkeling".Wij kwamen met onze hond om weg te zijn uit vuurwerkherrie rond de jaarwisseling en dat is prima gelukt: geweldig! Persoonlijke communicatie vooraf èn ontvangst van de gastheer was vlot en prettig. Enige kritiek: huisje is ingesteld op Duitse gasten

Unterkunft war mitschwarzem Schimmel übersät, Toilette mit Kot beschmiert, die Unterkunft ist seit vielen Monaten nicht gereinigt worden, viel kleiner als angegeben, die Anlage war eine reine Baustelle,, auf Wunsch folgen Fotos,wir werden weite Schritte gegen den Veranstalter vorbehalten, da ich mich durch den unebenen Boden im Wintergarten schwer gestürzt bin, wir gehen davon aus, das Fewo sich bei uns meldet, damit wir winen Teil unserer Kosten erstatten bekommen.

Zweckmäßiges Haus

Insgesamt hatten wir drei wunderschöne Wochen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber eigentlich alles da, was man so braucht. Schöne ruhige Lage direkt am Deich, wo man Schafe Hasen, Enten etc. beobachten kann. Schöner Garten, aber nicht komplett eingezäunt, was für manchen Hundebesitzer interessant sein könnte. Es gibt Gartenmöbel und einen Grill. Wunderbare Spazierwege, Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 15 Minuten). Der Wintergarten ist sehr schön zum Sitzen, leider schlecht isoliert und der Teppich ein bisschen schmuddelig. Die Matrazen sind hart. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Mein Mann fand sie wunderbar, bei mir hat sich die lädierte Bandscheibe am Morgen gemeldet. Nach einem Spaziergang war aber alles wieder gut. Im Bad gibt es eine schöne Regenschauerdusche, leider ist das Bad, wenn man nicht aufpasst, überschwemmt, da die Dusche ebenerdig ist. Das Bad hat wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Haken. Wir haben uns damit beholfen, einen Garderobenständer ins Bad zu stellen, dann ging es. Es ist wie mit jedem Ferienhaus, dass man sich mit den Gegebenheiten mehr oder weniger arrangieren muss, aber das tat in unserem Fall dem Erholungswert nichts an.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage

Kleines "Toblerone" Haus auf 2 Stöcke in ruhigem Quartier. Landschaft gerade daneben mit Vögeln und Wildtieren. Keine Mücken vorhanden (Juli), schöner Wintergarten mit Gras rund herum. Zum Empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern oder ohne und Natirliebhaber.

Erholung pur, Hund war glücklich

Erholung war gut, Einkaufen in der Nähe, Richtiger Strand muss man 30 Minuten fahren. Das Haus war soweit sauber, könnte aber im allgemeinen eine Renovierung gebrauchen.

Für Ruhesuchende und Hunde sehr geeignet für Hunde

Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber sehr gut für Wanderfreudige geeignet. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und ein Auto ist für Unternehmungen erforderlich. Der Blick aus dem Haus mit eigenem kleinen Garten ist toll. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird!

Perfekt, wenn man Ruhe liebt und seinen Hund dabei haben möchte!

Das Haus liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Ferienhausanlage mitten Im Grünen, rundherum sind Felder mit Schafen und es ist wirklich angenehm ruhig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und verfügt über WIFI, kostenlos. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Im Erdgeschoss ist die Küche integriert mit dem Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Musikanlage. Ebenfalls befindet sich im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, das Bad und die separate Toilette. Oben befinden sich dann noch zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett und einem kleinen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit, das Weitere mit 2 getrennten Betten. Ein Wintergarten im Erdgeschoss runden das Ganze perfekt ab! Der Garten bietet genügend Platz für die Gartenstühle und war für unsere Hunde (wir hatten 2 dabei) ein tolles Spielparadies. Insgesamt war es eine ganz tolle Woche mit der Famile in einem hübschen Zuhause auf Zeit und sehr netten Vermietern, wir kommen gerne wieder! Supermarkt und Tankstellen sind ganz in der Nähe. Tip zum Essen gehen habe ich auch noch: Restaurant Basalt in Den Oever, direkt am Hafen, tolle Terrasse und gutes Essen. Restaurant Veerhuis Lands End in Den Helder, direkt am Fährhafen nach Texel, direkt am Meer, ebenfalls tolle Terrasse und das Essen ist spitze! Ebenfalls zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant Ongder de Kukel in Hyppolytshoef, absolut Klasse!

La nature et le repos

De merveilleuses vacances, reposantes dans une habitation très agréable et très propre. Petit supermarché à proximité, très pratique. De belles visites à faire, Harlingen, Hoorn, Zaanse Schan, Den Helder. Proximité d'Amsterdam (45-50 mn) avec des possibilités de stationnement en périphérie et des transports menant dans le centre. Les hollandais rencontrés ont été très charmants et très accueillants. N'hésitez pas à manier la langue de Shakespeare, même si vous ne la maîtrisez pas... Il n'est pas difficile de se faire comprendre. Dans les restaurants, pas de carafe d'eau, eau minérale plus cher qu'en France. En revanche, les prix des denrées alimentaires sont moindres qu'en France. En conclusion, de belles vacances dans une belle location et dans un beau pays.
