Check in was quick and easy hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping (Angie) was very professional and friendly when servicing our room.

The outside is like something from the apocolypse. Holes bigger than china, cracks like the grand canyon on the staircase and the whole outside is filthy. A bag of garbage was set outside the day we arrived and is still there the night before we leave. The inside is okay, half the plugs dont work and the TV remote doesnt work. We asked for fresh towels a few times and never got them. We did get a new fridge upon request, the first one leaked and didnt work. The shower heats up fast but the tub barely drains and the wall was chipping apart. Overall, I will never stay here again.

Wanted $100 for my two dogs to stay two nights. I didn’t stay there. It was unsafe looking. I stayed at Motel 6 & my dogs stayed for free. I don’t recommend Budget Inn

The staff making comments inappropriate in front of my children such as crackhead and me always being high the bathtub drain did not work water was brown kept saying I would get a plumber finally come day 3 and still wasn't fixed

Not clean sheets and towels stained. Water pressure is shower was terrible and the drain was not even close to clean looking. Staff not friendly or at front desks had to ring bell and call several times. I would not recommend staying there, was terrible experience.

Partying nearby lasting to MN, still I don’t fault management. Clerk was pleasant. No alarm clock and no courtesy shampoo. TV was fading out with streaks in it. Unit was clean. Room met basic needs, it was passable.

If you are looking for the most basic room that isn’t filthy or infested then this is the place. There were ink stains on the bedspread but no bed bugs. The tiles in the bathroom were of three different types and some were cracked, but they were clean. The furniture is old and mis-matched and has seen its share of wear, but it is functional. The water from the bath faucet is powerful and very hot but when you switch to the shower it is cold and very low pressure. No hair dryer - but an ironing board and iron. Rough small bath towels remind me of gym towels from high school. But if you just want a room to sleep in - this will do. But don’t try to get a drink from the machine - it stole my money - but the staff refunded it. You get the picture.

This could actually be a gem if more were put into it. The name Budget Inn isn't the Budget Hotel Chain (this is a Motel). My room had NO smoke detector but a stove-top and a sink that doubled as a bathroom sink (w/vanity mirror & rinse-nozzle used for dishes). Room was clean, Bed comfortable, and TV worked excellently. More on the extended-stay side to me. Saw no bugs, did a deep check but still was cautious. Never unpacked clothing or snacks. It served its purpose for the evening New Years Casino trip to Oklahoma. Watch your surroundings late at night

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The restroom was a little run down. We couldn't get the tv to work. All in all it was ok for an overnight stay. Quiet. Good value.

Room was booked as non smoking it reeked of cigarettes. Top cover over blanket had burn holes. Shower head hardly put any water pressure out. It was an older property just some cleaning and a few updates would help tremendously. Lady at the check in desk was very nice.

I couldn't afford much but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. Bed was so comfortable. Room was super clean. Front desk was so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

I wish I didn’t even have to put 1 star, but it requires something. I don’t even know where to start w/ this place. RUN AWAY! I checked in and the room that was given to me was not clean. You could tell someone had been laying on the bed and there were dirty towels. Went back to the office to let them know and they gave me a 2nd room. The smell of smoke hit my face as soon as I opened the door. Curtains, lamp shade, sofa chair all had stains on them. I found a bug on the bed.. idk if it was a bed bug but it was a dang bug! The tub was gross as well.. I called from the nasty lookin phone that I wouldn’t even put to my ear. I asked if at possible could I please get a different room that was a non smoking room. The lady said it WAS a non smoking room. I told her well it smelled like smoke and there was an ashtray on the table. She said “oh really? The housekeeper must’ve misplaced it” I continue to tell her that the room smells like smoke and if I could please get a different room. She told me “they’re all non-smoking” REALLY?! What the heck lady? What a bold face lie! I tell her “ok fine” and hang up. I was not about to stay there so I got my stuff and went back to the office. I told the man there that I wasn’t going to stay there and turned in the key. He made a face and told me I wasn’t going to get a refund because I “used” the room. I told him actually NO I didn’t but he just kept shaking his head at me so I just walked out and immediately got on the phone w/ Expedia.
