The customer service was absolutely rude as soon as we walked in and then we asked why he was being so rude he told us to get out there was no rooms available .

Well there isn't much to choose from around here, which is why I stayed here. The bed was semi comfy and it was kinda clean and quiet. It made me think Motel 6, but that may be doing wrong to Motel 6. Let's say it could use some modernization and mild repairs. I slept well and the water was hot.

You had reserved a smoking room for your stay, but when it came time to check in, you requested a non-smoking room. We were unable to accommodate the unexpected change due to a lack of availability during the days of your stay. Even after being informed of this, you agreed to stay in the room. Because the room you stayed in was a smoking room, we are unable to prevent people from smoking in these rooms. With the exception of smoking, all of our rooms have the same amenities, are thoroughly cleaned, and are routinely maintained. In terms of our hallways, they are regularly shampooed to ensure that they are clean and smell fresh for guests. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future so that we can improve your experience.

Room is small and hallways need to be cleaned better. shower head is very low, TV very small. No fitness room of any kind. Beds were low cost mattress that were to soft. Comfortable but woke up with back ache due to the softness. Old style mattress about 4 or 5 inches wide on a platform.

Aging hotel with large rooms & great shower
Amazing shower and comfortable beds. Hotel is aging and we could still smell smoke in our non-smoking room. Staff were very helpful and room was spacious.

I think is kinda pricey for what you get. The property needs major improvements, rooms smell moldy and just feels like a cheap motel. Can't really blame them for the lack of business around is a small town after all. Will be nice to have cofe, water, tea 24hr available since there not much (nothing) going on outside after 9pm. Good service from the family staff during breakfast time and checkin, just be ware is a 6 out of 10 star hotel.

The room was much larger than expected. It was clean. The continental breakfast was very good with several options such as cereal, yogurt, fruit, sweet rolls, waffles, three kinds of juice and coffee. There was a nice area to eat in. The bed was very comfortable. It had all the basics needed for a one or two night stay. I didn't feel it had any negatives. If you're looking for something fancy, this is not it.

okay, priced right and was only 5 minutes from the job site. could use some major updating and a thorough deep cleaning but the surface cleaning was adequate ( I tend to look hard at cleanliness ) but the bed was unusually comfortable.

It was okay for the one night we needed it. The carpet is dirty, should be cleaned or replaced. In the hallways you can still smell tobacco from back when it was allowed anywhere. My bed was comfortable, TV worked great, free Wifi and a/c worked well. Complimentary breakfast was good too.

Good breakfast, not so great facility
The breakfast was outstanding--good selection and clean eating room. But the overall condition of the hotel was lacking. The shower curtain had dirt splatters on the inside, the baseboards were pulling away from the walls, the sink mirror was literally falling apart, the paint job in our room was chipped in multiple places, and the window was smudged in several places. The biggest condition problem was the paint/texture mud that was all over the carpet, doorknob stops, etc. Obviously they didn't use a professional company to redo their walls! One easily remedied problem--put an extension cord on the bedside lamp so it would reach the plug-in!

I had a pleasant check in experience. The desk clerk accommodated my request for a ground floor room. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. I feel the motel was a great value.

Good price, does the job.
Stayed one night on a solo business trip. This place was just fine as an affordable option. Nothing fancy; beds were adequate; owner is polite and helpful. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired, options are basically a waffle-maker, cereal, and yogurt, but hey it's a free continental breakfast. Couldn't figure out how to get water out of the shower head, but I didn't ask for help.
