First floor has brand new kitchen, two bedrooms [1 king and 2 queens] and two full baths [ all baths are new] , Living Room, Family room and dining as well as screened in porch. Make your way to the second floor where there are three bedrooms [ bunk set and twin, 1 queens] and two full [ new] bathrooms. Home has central air for your comfort and a large yard with seating, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor shower. Just a short distance away is a sandy beach, Sea View Park with tennis courts, playground as well as a walking path. Pets considered with owner approval. Lower level has game room for family fun. *** Home is streaming only. Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property. *** All applicable taxes and fees apply.

This property was perfect for our extended family vacation, mid cape, close to beach, etc. We look forward to going back in future years. Our only complaint was that we wish the beach was more dog friendly. Otherwise the house was perfect for our needs.

Our stay in West Dennisport was comfortable. Our only criticism was the beds in the bedroom on the first floor that had 2 queen size beds were noisy and one had a matress that sunk in the middle. Maybe time to replace the mattress?

We have been vacationing at the Cape for over 30 years. It started out as just two of us, then four of us, and now 11. We have always stayed in either Dennis or Dennisport as it’s a central location. The rental at 12 Birch Hill Rd. is ideal for our family size. It’s a great location just a few houses away from the beach. The house is in very good condition and has many amenities especially the game room in the basement. This is our second year renting at this location and we will most likely continue.
