The location is great. Lobby area is small but cute. The room was very average and looked very dated. There was a blood spladder on the ceiling and the grout on the bathroom floor was dirty. The shower water backed up while showered but did let the front desk know and they fixed the problem.

What a lovely hotel! The staff were friendly and easy-going. My room was quiet and clean. I liked the text message communication. I asked the chatbot for an extra blankie and a human brought me on!
