If you like quiet, small resorts, this is your literal heaven. I never leave reviews, but this place is beyond special. It has an exceptional rating for a reason. Perfect paradise! Highly recommended booking this beautiful escape! We booked this for our honeymoon and stayed 6 nights, which was worth every penny. The staff were very friendly, helpful and exceptional. We had incredibly delicious food there too. Breakfast was our personal favourite and we had a fantastic experience! We truely enjoyed our stay at this small boutique resort. The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Our room, which is a stand alone building, was large and the decor gave a sense of warmth and privacy. The grounds and pool area is very tropical and well maintained. Our only criticism would be that you need to run the water for a long time to get the hot water to run through, but we were on holiday so there was no rush.

This is a small boutique hotel with only eight guest bungalows. Very quiet, easy to get around. Breakfast everyday was great with a great selection to choose from. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Cant say enough about the staff! There is not one thing we would complain about. The bungalows are beautiful and the grounds are stunning! We would definitely return!

We originally booked Klumpu Bali Resort for 4 nights and ended up staying 11, that alone says everything. This is an absolutely wonderful hidden gem tucked away on a quiet back street in Sanur. The resort is small and intimate, with only 8 stunning villas set on the most tranquil property imaginable. The pool area is peaceful and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax, recharge, read, and truly unwind. The sound of the waterfall paired with soft background music creates a calming atmosphere you instantly fall into. Daily breakfasts were incredible, especially the dragonfruit smoothie bowl, which quickly became our daily go-to. Every morning felt special. The service was unbeatable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Spa services were excellent and added to the overall sense of relaxation. Location wise, it’s ideal, just a short walk to the main road with plenty of shops and restaurants, and an easy stroll to the beach as well. We would absolutely recommend Klumpu Bali Resort and would gladly stay here again. A truly special place.

We enjoyed comfortable stay. Since the location of this hotel is a little apart from the "Jl. Danau Tamblingan street", it was calm.The villa, garden, pool are well maintained and kept clean. The staffs were friendly and kind, always corresponded our requests. The all options of the breakfast made us happy not only the taste itself, but also the beatifil serving. We were totally satisfied, wish come back again in the future.

This was a lovely place to stay for the last night of our holiday - the rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the resort pool and grounds were gorgeous. This was an easy walk into the main street of Sanur, yet felt remote and secluded. They couldn't have been more thoughtful, with early breakfast provided, and a free luxury car ride to the airport. The ONLY point for improvement were the pillows -strangely very lumpy, and the shower which took forever to get warm and then was suddenly scaldingly hot. But I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Klumpu. It is only a small hotel (8 rooms) and the staff are unbelievably attentive and kind. The rooms are lovely and so cosy and the grounds (garden and pool area) are beautiful and kept to such a high standard. Each morning we had a wide choice of breafast delivered to our room and we often ate at the hotel as the food was so good and reasonably priced. The hotel offers drivers who will take you out for the day in an air conditioned vehicle for tours of your choice - our driver Yudi was so friendly and lovely to be with. The area around Klumpu is great - 2 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Sanur beach (8km of golden sand and calm waters). The hotel offers free bikes which you can cycle along the beach promenade. We left feeling relaxed and well cared for - nothing was too much for the staff!

Exceptional Hospitality We had an incredible experience at this resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly, humble, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Upon our arrival at the airport at 1 PM, we faced a stressful situation as we lost a passport. The resort’s shuttle service, demonstrating unmatched patience and understanding, waited for us for two hours while we resolved the issue. We are forever grateful for their kindness and support. Recently stayed at Klumpu with my Wife for 4 nights. The reviews speak for themselves ! Quiet, peaceful and just a little oasis from an amazing cultural Sanur main strip. Amazing staff , very friendly, amazing management team. Super responsive. Our flights into Bali were delayed due to Volcano and they allowed us to push our stay 4 nights which was amazing. Very hard to fault this stay. We will be back with our young children as we were unsure if Sanur and the area was safe for kids. It is safe, and very tourist friendly and the Free driver service within Sanur was handy. If I was to fault anything I would say that the Main food menu and breakfast menu could be a bit larger but it did encourage us to eat locally and try the Indonesian style foods around the area. I'm sure Klumpu strive to provide 5 star service and are always willing to improve this service.
