BolivarPlace whole upstairs 2 br/1 bath Within walking distance to Downtown/TWU

#BolivarPlace is within walking distance of downtown Denton and TWU (also about 1 mile from UNT). We offer 2 large bedrooms with queen size beds with double doors opening to the balcony. Included is an additional cozy living/media area with a 50 inch TV (Netflix, AmazonTV), coffee, microwave and small refrigerator (no full kitchen). There is also a 40" Roku TV in the Cypress Room. This rental is only the upstairs of our house and the owners live downstairs.

The entrance is private and so you can come and go as you desire.

Our queen size beds have plenty of blankets. Soft towels. A balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.
Our unique entrance to the 2nd story allows for entry/exit without contact with the homeowners.

Neighborhood: Charming, relaxed atmosphere within close walking distance to downtown (6 blocks), TWU (5 blocks), UNT (1 mile) and Quaker park (6 blocks). Large selection of great restaurants, local craft breweries and shopping nearby. Many nights you can hear live music coming from the square or other venues from our balcony. FYI: There is a train that runs through downtown Denton that you will hear occasionally. If you are a light sleeper, we suggest staying in a hotel by Razor Ranch.

My best friend and I stayed at Bolivar Place and absolutely loved it! Cheryl was incredibly friendly. The location is fantastic. It’s near the town center and several fantastic restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the sitting area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Pit Stop

My family and I traveled 10 hrs to attend UNT graduation the nxt morning. We arrived late at night, so check-in was perfectly easy. The rooms were spacious and the media room also had a comfortable single bed. The next morning we were able to exit with no issue. The house is perfectly located to access everything.

Loved the coziness of this property! I would definitely stay again. It was a very quiet neighbirhood. Also,close to the square. You could easily walk there. We appreciated all of the extra touches, especially the art throughout the rooms that was painted by home owner.

Property is just how described. Walking distance to the square in Denton, close to UNT. Even though it does not have a full kitchen, has coffee brewer, microwave and mini fridge. Cute place and decor and art were lovely. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant and Convenient

A pleasant stay with enough space for everyone and a nice balcony. The area was a short trip from many stores, restaurants, and other spots in Denton. Rental has one sliding door between upper and lower level and we were able to hear the property owners on one of the nights. However, earplugs were also provided.

Super comfy beds

We came to Denton for my sisters college graduation. The house is super close to downtown Denton and is definitely walkable (safe). I am a terrible sleeper when I travel, but I slept like a baby and so did my sisters. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. With all the close amazing restaurants in Denton, we didn’t miss that there wasn’t a full kitchen. The house is decorated beautifully with all the art. The owners gave perfect instructions to the house and we got settled in without issue. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We would definitely stay there again when visiting my sister in Denton.
