Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Two available bedrooms with plenty of closet space and room to play and relax. One full bathroom and half downstairs. Amazing views of accessible nature trails, nature preserves, ponds, athletic sports complex with kid and dog parks all around you. You have access to washer and dryers, full kitchen for cooking and storing drinks, tv, all streaming services, wifi.
Really close to shopping centers, restaurant's, movie theatre, etc...

Security is top priority in the case of any unforeseen incidents occur. For security purposes there’s a Ring Doorbell camera and a Ring hallway camera facing the back of the front door and stairs for added safety.
On the front door there’s ring security notifications on the front and back stating to be aware of the property is protected by Ring security.

Girls weekend

Wanted to spend a quiet weekend relaxing and catching up with friends. Was a great location. Beds weren’t that comfortable, but everything else was perfect. And was fine for the short time we were there.

This place was perfect for our weekend stay. It was super clean and had everything we would need to stay longer if we wanted to. The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms had what we needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and felt safe. The host was helpful and responsive. He even went out of his way to help us with some items left behind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a comfortable place to visit all the amazing sites in the area!

We enjoyed this property and the quiet neighborhood. It was a one night stay to tour the college campus. We didn’t cook, but it was well furnished for that if needed. Price was better than a hotel for the group size. Owner responds promptly.

Parent's Weekend

Wanted something other than an overpriced hotel. Unit was perfect for our family of 4. Had plenty of space to hang out and visit and relax. Adjacent to big park, walking trails. Away from main town and traffic, but a very short drive to food and anything UNT related.

Great location to explore Denton and UNT

This is a very well stocked townhouse with fun sports and music-themed decorations. There was plenty of room for a small family, and access to the garage was really appreciated when the spring storms rolled through. North Lakes Park is right next door, with miles of running trails and sports facilities. Located just NW of downtown Denton, it's a short drive to the square or the University of North Texas. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great Experience!

The property was extremely clean. Every interaction was done with quickly and professionally. It was great to relax after my nephews. Have the room to sit in the living room like a family at home was fantastic. Everyone loved the location and space. I have family that lives in Denton. Every time we come to visit this will be the option we use. Cannot recommend this enough!

Convenient for Denton & UNT

Needed to take the boy to UNT for an early Saturday audition. Property was clean, matched the pictures and met every expectation. Plenty of space for 4 people to lounge and visit comfortably and figure out a sleeping arrangement. Neighborhood is quiet, but still very convenient to town center. Communication with host was great to accommodate 2 small pets as well as a weird payment issue with VRBO. If I’m ever in Denton, I’ll look for this place again.

Fine place to stay

My family and I were in town for a wedding and chose this location. The home is in a good area, feels very safe. The home was pretty clean, except some dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the kurig had a dirty coffee pod in it, and the shower drained slow. All were minor things. Our big disappointment came on the day of check in when I got a message from Corey saying the house wouldn’t be ready for us because their cleaning people were suddenly out of town. We were counting on the home to get ready for rehearsal dinner. He did give us a refund and we got a hotel so all was well. The house well stocked and almost seemed like someone lives there part time. Overall I would consider staying here again in the future.

Great Place

This property is the perfect location if your headed to Denton or the Krum area. We were in town for a wedding in Krum and this place was closer than the hotels that they had a block of rooms at. Also it was half the price. Cory was easy to communicate with and super friendly. He was extremely accommodating for us since we needed to get ready for a 400 pm wedding! The condo is in a really nice area and if we had more time there, I would have lived to walk the trail that is behind the property. The parks that are close are super nice. You’re also really close to grocery stores as well as several restaurants and shopping options. All in all this place has most of what you need. Bedroom doesn’t have a ceiling fan, and the master bed is a little squeaky.. But the other living space makes up for that in my opinion. The couch is fantastic, and the tv is easy to work. Stove works well and there is a Keurig Coffee Maker. And most of all, it was clean!! Neighborhood feels safe, and their is garage parking which is also nice. Tight space, but there’s tons of street parking if needed. You can tell that Cory takes pride in this home and what it offers. His sports memorabilia is impressive to say the least. Lots of books and dvd’s too! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if we’re in the area again. 10/10 ⭐️
