Stylish & ultra-convenient to UNT & I35! Quiet, private, luxe with a dash of cheeky.

Nestled among trees on a street steeped in mid-century design, get away from it all or get work done. The comfy, clean and modern space is complemented by restored pieces, vintage touches and local wares. 2 bedrooms with ultra-comfy queen beds + dedicated baths, plus queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress. Gleaming kitchen stocked with extras. Positively, delightfully Denton!

Denton itself is a growing college city that has magically kept a touch of small-town charm about it. It's known for its spectacular live music scene, lively night life, gorgeous courthouse square, and its two major universities. Denton’s combination of history and culture, along with its convenient location just 40 miles north of Dallas, makes it a compelling travel destination for just about anyone.

The space:
800 sq. ft of newly built comfort and luxury. 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Pull-out queen size sofa boasts a brand new, luxury matress. One of our personal favorite features is the deck in your own private backyard, shaded by mature trees. Even in the heat of the Texas summer, it's a lovely and serene respite from the world.

The Casita is located in the large backyard of our main residence, so we may even cross paths! You'll have access to the full Casita, the private walk leading to it, and the fenced backyard! We do our best to honor all guests' privacy and quiet - we're happy to engage, but we'll let you take the lead.

Other things to note:
We'll help make your life easier if you're traveling with small children! We can provide a pack n' play and recommendations for local sitters upon request.

The Gato Bandito is a real cat, and roams the property freely. He's incredibly friendly and charismatic, but please do not let him (or any other animals) into the Casita. We love hearing of your Bandito sightings!

This house was so cute and absolutely perfect for us! We had a 2 night girls weekend in Denton and this was the perfect house! It is in a quiet neighborhood very close to everything in town. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again next time we are in town!

Amazing Stay!

This wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rental was perfect!! The decor is beautiful, fresh and very clean. Layout is well thought out and the place is so welcoming. It was fully equipped. It was easy access in and out and even being behind a home it was very private. I would stay here again for sure! Communication with the manager was awesome.

Wonderful stay for our family

This was such an amazing stay with lots of nice little touches that made our time there more comfortable. Host was very communicative. Check in/Check out was a breeze. It was extremely clean and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here because my daughter is a UNT student and it is close to campus. The house was quiet, peaceful, clean, and extremely comfortable. Property manager was great with communication and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. I HIGHLY recommend, and will choose again when I’m in Denton.

It was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The place was really nice, clean , and had everything we needed!! Hosts were wonderful, and the location was good! It was perfect, and definitely better for our sweet little one who loves to explore . She absolutely loved watching the birds in the backyard and checking out the gnomes by the tree! Cozy and Clean Eclectic Casita

If we could keep this gem of a house a secret, we would! Great location near the highway, tucked away in a safe tree line neighborhood. The owners have thought of everything in this clean and green friendly home. Perfect size, great location, clean, fun theme, and great owners with the smoothest check in process, what more could you ask for? Complete with a casita mascot!

Great place!

Very cute, clean place! Hosts were very friendly and the house was very well stocked! Loved the attention to detail and that they provided things like cotton rounds in the bathroom and seasonings in the kitchen! It’s little things like that, that make staying in a vacation rental comfortable and convenient! We appreciated them providing a pack’n’play for the baby and it was set up for us upon arrival. We were in the area for a wedding and the less I had to pack and take the better! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in the area!

Quiet Elegance

My co-workers and I absolutely adored this casita for our home away from home. It was the perfect size for the three of us, had everything we needed (and more!), and gave us the coziest space to relax after our long work days. We most certainly enjoyed looking over all the Denton and El Gato decor as we sipped our morning coffee and tea. We also loved standing on the back patio watching and listening to the rain fall through the surrounding trees. The hosts were incredibly kind and had wonderful communication. Please stay here! You will be missing it when you leave! We sure do.
