Upon arrival we found it a little difficult to properly access the electronic lock at the front door but it manage to do this after mulitple attemps. Our other family members, a six month old grandson, two other grandsons 3 and 4 yrs old and my dauhter arrived the next day. That is when we noiticed the wasps. The nests were alive when we noticed them in the backyard patio area. We ran inside with our children but two wasps followed us into the home. We were able to kill them before being stung. I notified the property manager. Her reply on the phone to me was insulting. She told me welcome to Texas, yes we have wasps. First off, this is pathetic. She knew we were coming wiith an infant and two small children. She failed to have the property inspected for safety issures. A Pest Control company could have addressed the problem if she had inspected the home which she did not. We chose this home becasue of the backyard area for our children and us to enjoy. We could not do this. She said on the phone to me she woujld could over after 2 pm the day we reported this issue to her. She never came. Then I walked aroung the entire home and found four live wasp nests. One nest that was alive was in the front of the home very close to the front door. So now we could not enter the home from that front door, we has to use the garage entry. The home itself was great.
inside. However, we could not safely enjoy the backyard at all. THIS IS OUR ISSUE. The home is unsafe.
