"On the website home page is an ADA room with roll in shower. We picked this hotel for that room. Our son has ALS and is wheelchair bound. The room we received was ADA with a bathtub. It did not work for our needs and we needed to change hotels. Please do not falsely advertise. "

"Pick up at the airport was frustrating. Waited 20-30 minutes for shuttle then we left the airport and returned to pick up more people. This happened 4 times and it took one hour to get to the hotel 2.5 miles away. Corridors carpet smelled . Room cleaned was average. "

The parking garage felt like it was pulled straight from a horror film. Medium lighting, dark areas, leaking water pooling on the floors, access to elevators not immediately clear. AGAIN, let me stress that the hotel was GREAT!"
