"The room was clean and quiet. The prices were great. This new way to stay at a hotel was a bit frightening at first (i.e., there are no staff at all at the hotel, no check-in people, no one to ask for anything, etc.) but since I had no questions, I found it to be fine."

"The room was clean, and there was a coffee maker with a couple snacks. There is a microwave and small refrigerator for drinks, and in our case leftovers. There is plenty parking, and they do allow pets, but only in two of the rooms."

"This property location is perfect for getting out and about in South Fork and heading to Creede, or Del Norte. Beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet surroundings, nice big trees. Very spacious home. Hot tub was definitely a highlight. Back patio area was enjoyed in the mornings and in the evenings. We rented this house for a girls trip and the dining room made for great times together. The kitchen is very well stocked and we ended up not eating out as much as we thought because we were able to meal plan and had everything we needed to cook. We were able to relax in several areas of this home including the cozy living room. Our host was very responsive and very helpful. Would recommend this for a large family or a group of friends looking for a fun vacation in a great mountain town."
