"Super comfortable bed!! Excellent breakfast! Nice employees! Its a 2 story hotel so there is no elevator. All the king size beds are on the 2nd floor so we had to take one flight of stairs. If you are not able to take stairs do not pick this hotel. Also there is no hot tub or pool. There is a bathtub/shower in the bathroom. There is nothing to do in South Fork but ski 20 min away at Wolf Creek. There are only 3 restaurants. The hotel was great but since there was nothing to do in the small town we wouldnt go back. "

"We enjoyed our family vacation here! It was affordable and nice. We especially enjoyed only one TV being available in the living room. Our 3 boys didn’t pack any electronics and it was nice to unplug and spend quality family time together! The rooms were nice, it was clean! Worth every single penny! "

"This house had everything that everyone wanted for their vacation! Family of 8 adults enjoyed every minute. For the loungers the oversized living room with picture windows right out onto the river or the full length porch with river views was the perfect book reading and crocheting spot. For the active, walking the 30 steps to the river to fish or hike on nearby walkable mountains was any easy fit. The kitchen was ample for cooking all our meals including a grill out back and having full size laundry facilities available was a welcome bonus. 5 rooms was plenty with a room to spare. House was clean and well kept and we'll be back."
