4/10 Poor

"I will never stay here again.I reserved 2 rooms.Said check in was at 3pm. Got there a little after and the rooms were not ready.My inlaws room had no kind of bedding so they had to wait another 45 minutes.The room we were in looks like they dont know how to clean!The toilet had mold,the floors were nasty,the TV stand and desk,nightstands had black dirt.The windows sill was disgusting. The lamp and wall had black dusty dirty pilled on it like it has never ever been cleaned.The bottom of the bed and crap splattered like stuff has been spilled and never cleaned.The sink looks like the knobs were not wiped at all.We literally had to go across to Dollar General to get lysol wipes,to clean myself!!!!The halls stink!The doors,windows are dirty!!!Thats ridiculous when you pay for a place to stay.I get the Motel is old and outdated but have some pride in the way you keep up the housekeeping cause from the looks of it, you guys do not care about your guests. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Everrrrr"

"This historical hotel has very friendly and engaging staff who seemed to genuinely care about our experience. The antique elevator with scissor gates was a trip to ride and the ambience of the lounge areas was inviting. It is also walkable to most everything the little town has to offer. The breakfast, at least on Sunday, included eggs, sausage and much more than I would expect from the “continental” breakfast that was advertised. While comfortable and clean, the room was small and lacking some of the bells and whistles found in a modern hotel, but if you are looking for a charming and unique experience, look no further."

"Just camp somewhere, you will be better off. Staying here was disgusting, the ceiling was peeling off, the bathroom had little animals coming out of drainage. Bedroom sheets were staying not to mention the horrible smell of the room. This is not a 3 start hotel if you will even call it that. Stay away and save your money."
