"I know, I too was skeptical about ALL of the 5-star ratings for Post Office Ranch, but my 15yr old daughter and I stayed there for a week during our ski trip to Monarch Mountain. Walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, coffee etc. neighboring areas of BV and Leadville were fun to explore as well. Easy access to tons of hikes in the area.
