Great family friendly home

Host was very communicative and available throughout stay. House was great for kids and had thoughtful little touches (lots of outlets, fans, games, Rokus, etc). Fun patio with a fan.

Exactly as described

The house is beautiful and just like the pictures. Extremely clean, well decorated. Three full bathrooms made our trip easier as well. The backyard and surrounding area are peaceful and quiet as it’s on a cul de sac. Overall we loved it and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was very easy, and everything was exactly as described — if not better. The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to Denver and ideal for exploring the surrounding areas, including the Rocky Mountains. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we really appreciated the abundance of towels, as well as the dishwasher and washing machine tabs provided. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love staying in this house with family close by. It's only my wife and I. When have the grandchildren our over the house works great. Only negative thing I would say is the yard could use a little TLC.

Great quiet place with easy access

Great fit for our family of 6. Plenty of room and quiet neighborhood. The only downside is no access to the garage which is a bit of a pain for ski equipment if that is why you are traveling.

Clean, Quiet, Central to Boulder and Denver

6 Adults plus 18 Month Old had a very nice stay. 4 Level Contemporary had plenty of space and a great backyard to take in the fresh air. Full kitchen to create meals as you wish. Would stay here again!!

Love this house!

Love the house! It was clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of room for us. Love the sample supplies for us to use with plenty of dishes and pans. We gathered in the living room to watch movies after a day of sightseeing. Nice big kitchen for several chefs to move around in. We left several tourist pamphlets after visiting Golden tourist center. We find that helpful to have ideas where to begin. Highly recommend this house.

Arvada Stay

Our whole group loved this property in Arvada. The house was updated and comfortable. We especially loved the backyard and spend much of our time outside enjoying the landscaping and shade. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Home for Family Visit

This home had everything we needed for comfortable visit with family. It was clean and the floor plan was perfect for several groups to visit and eat meals. We enjoyed the outdoor space in back. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shops and restaurants. We were very pleased and will book this home again if available.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is right near Golden and convenient to local attractions. Check in was super easy and the home was exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable (including the beds!) and completely stocked with everything you would need for a getaway. Communication with the Property Manager was easy and response time was very quick. We look forward to staying here again!
