Beautiful 5 bedroom home with Mountain views. Family room, living room, eat-in kitchen, formal dining room and finished basement for entertainment with extra bedroom and (Full bathroom coming soon). Enjoy this cozy wonderful feel at home the minute you walk in with prestige neighborhood close to town for all your needs and Parks surrounding. Utilize the home away from home for your Horse Park stay.

No commercial vehicles, RV’s , trailers , boats or any other means of transit that’s not a regular vehicle allowed to park in driveway. (HOA prohibits any of these per their covenant policy)

Great stay!

Everything about our stay was great! The owner was really nice and accessible, the house was spacious, clean and well stocked, and the location was perfect. It's close to downtown Parker and in a very nice area with lots of trails and parks nearby. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!
