Cozy 2 bedrooms, 1 bath home with in unit laundry. Fenced in backyard with dog door! This home is fully furnished with all amenities that one could need for living including a gas fireplace. Both beds have new memory foam mattresses. HVAC system includes a full home air sanitizer. Home has easy access to I-25 and 6th avenue, 15 minutes from downtown Denver, 10 minutes away from Sloans Lake and 5 minutes away from downtown Lakewood! All utilities covered by the landlord with the exception of gas and electric. Renter responsible for setting up and account with Xcel.
