Overall the facility was clean and well maintained the room was nice enough; I booked a double queen suite with a pull out bed as I was travelling with my 3 children; a 2 month old, 2 year old and 13 year old. My dissatisfaction was almost completely with the hotel shuttle. We were told to be downstairs by 4 am for our shuttle. We arrived at 357 and the receptionist immediately yelled at us asking if we were there for the shuttle and when we said we were she began scolding us and telling us to get on NOW. I was going as quickly as I could considering my toddler, newborn, luggage and car seat. When we got to the shuttle the driver started THROWING our bags in the back. We left the property at 401. I asked the driver what time we were supposed to be there since they seemed so angry. She didn’t answer me or speak to me at all. When we got to the airport she still refused to speak or answer me. I certainly meant no disrespect or cause anyone to be late, but her poor attitude and treatment will deter me from ever staying there again despite my usual loyalty to that hotel.

Wow, real breakfast with fresh fruit, good coffee,along with a Starbucks in the lobby for the cup to go. Front desk agent was efficient, informative and friendly. Check in was easy. Good security measures throughout hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice, the room was big, we really enjoyed spreading out after a long flight. Free shuttle service to/from the airport is a big plus because otherwise there isn't any other way to get around unless you have a car. The nearest restaurants are a 20 minute walk away and it's $9 to Uber to them. We opted for the hotel restaurant which actually was pretty good. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent also.

This is a fine hotel to stay at for a night before/after the airport. We had multiple issues with minor things—keys not working, wrong room numbers being given, etc, but nothing egregious. The morning desk staff was efficient, friendly and generous. Our room was clean but had hairs scattered throughout, and our “accessible” room was not accessible at all. An accessibility audit would be beneficial. The airport shuttle was right on time—be prepared for a very packed ride.

First approach from parking there was a large shuttle van idling directly in front of the doors, had to go out of my way to get to the front door. waited at reception for two minutes before anyone appeared to check me in. Room was fine. 2nd floor hallway carpet had a large stain. Breakfast was delicious. Biggest issue was that after arriving from a late flight at 1am we were awoken at 8:20am by knocking on the door. Before we could figure out what was going on and get out of bed, the door was unlocked and house-keeping was coming in! My wife, finally on her feet, stopped the person and pointed out we were still here, to which the person responded by asking when we were leaving!? Didn’t apologize, just seemed inconvenienced by the fact we were still there! When we checked out we asked at the front desk why we were woken by housekeeping coming in our room and they didn’t really have a response, just seemed confused, and again, no apology…

Shuttle driver lost keys. After we finally got going he goes to the East side of the airport and did not alert passengers that everyone had to get off on the East side. It didn’t matter if your airline was on the west side. Then was rude about telling everyone to get off. Might want to find a new driver. He was also driving too fast for road conditions.

Very clean and spacious room. Hotel is close to the airport and car rental places, but quiet and easy to access. I would stay here again!

I booked a 5 nights stay here. I asked for turndown service when i would leave for the day, but it was only done on the 5th day. My bed sheets were dirty from day one, i had to go downstairs to get sheets, toilet paper, clean towels, and to take my own trash out and get new trash bags. Why am i having to do all the work and still pay hyatt for service that isn't provided. They advertise queen beds but they are actually a full. Not as roomy to share a bed, its very uncomfortable. The wall ac/fan didn't work. They never sent someone up so i could use the safe, if i asked for a manager, they were never there and never contacted me, somehow when they did provide turndown service my 300 nike shoes disappeared. The breakfast has no flavor at all. I tried it the first day, after that never again. Needless to say I'll never stay at a hyatt again

I would absolutely stay here again. The staff was awesome, we were able to check in several hours early. The free breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. The gym was small but was still nice to use. The hotel itself was very nice, the room was modern and also very nice. Bed was comfy and clean, and the set up of our room was great! 10/10
