"Absolutely horrible! First night the AC was non functional! We called for assistance, no one showed up. Second night, "engineer" showed up but couldn't fix the AC issue so they provided a box fan. Shortly after the lights went out. We called downstairs and got no answer. After going downstairs TWICE ..."
