This hotel was absolutely wonderful! Great location with easy access to subway stations, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was very courteous and the room was very nice! We had a small issue with our room, but the hotel manager (Fatima), along with Kristy and Mercedes made it right and then some! We will definitely be back!!

This hotel is in a convenient place for entertainment on Amsterdam st. As far as eating out, it mainly fast food and a horrible gym. The room was not good. No electrical outlets close to.bed. the refrigerator was a small mini fridge in a corner. The tv was not centered to bed and it took over 10 minutes for hot water. There was no curtain on the window only a cheap blind. We had to pay an extra $80 dollars what was said to be for gratuities which was said to be for parking, we dont have a vehicle, snacks, and use of a very small and inadequate gym across the street. There was a stench in the halway of our room. There is no breakfast available from the hotel. This place is a good place for a quick place for a night but not for a week vacation. This hotel and room was at best a $50 nightly stay. Definitely not $200 a night. Not recommended at all unless you need a place for a night.
