"Really enjoyed the unit and first time staying in this area of Lincoln City. Only negative thing I can say honestly is that it would have been nice for the Pool/Hot Tub to be open and communication of such, as we were looking forward to some Hot Tub time during raining day. You could tell it’s been sitting untouched for quite some time. Suggestion of screen door would be amazing for having door open to enjoy the sound of the waves. "We enjoyed our stay here. Centrally located making it easy to walk around Newport. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views. Very large for a 1 bedroom space."

"The unit was very clean and well laid out. Kitchen was stocked with everything you will need to cook at home. Bed was very comfortable, the linens could use an update but they were spotless. The pad on the door did not work but the issue was taken care of quickly and we were able to access the actual key for entry. We would definitely stay here again."

"Over all the stay was nice. I was irritated that when i found food crumbs and ants across the floor. The response was to bring ant bait, which would be fine, except they left it at the door with the expectation that i would be setting it out. The heat was centralized in the hallway, and did not really warm up the rest of the unit. Would have been nice to have some sort of awning or cover on the porch."
