Perfect location for exploring both north and south! Stunning ocean front views, with private beach access! Kitchen well equiped. The condo lovely and only 2 blocks to great food options, art galleries, and funky shops. Will stay here again!

The condo had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Laying in bed with the windows open and enjoying the sounds and sights of Nye Beach was so lovely. The walk in shower with rain head was a bonus. We skipped the stairs to the beach and accessed it easily by walking the shops to the south. Plenty of good eats nearby as well.

Great beachfront stay!

Loved my stay at this property! It gave a great way to enjoy the stormy ocean from the comfort and warmth of the couch. Loved the easy access to Nye Beach and the bay front, as well as the Yaquina Head lighthouse just a ten minute drive away. Definitely would stay again!

Amazing stay!!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable condo. Perfect for a couple. Within walking distance of the Nye Beach entrance with easy beach access, a myriad of different restaurants and shops. 111 stairs from the property down to the beach. Easier to walk down the hill to the Mye Beach entrance!

We loved this cute, well appointed studio! The view from the balcony is beautiful and the sound of the surf makes it impossible not to relax! It's just a short walk to the Nye beach neighborhood... we ate at The Taphouse and Pacific Kitchen and both were delicious! Thanks for an amazing stay, we'll definitely be back!

Everything was easy, clean…..and the view….whew, whew, whew! Had everything we needed. Close to everything….. now, if you could flatten the hill….gooing down was easy….up, not so much ( I’m 84). But I’d do it again !

The Perfect Location

This studio apartment is right on Nye Beach. You walk in and can see the ocean and the beach from the deck. A block away is Nye Beach's small restaurant and shop district. If you like the Oregon Coast and want a view 24 hours a day, this is the place for you. The apartment was clean. The kitchen well-stocked. No complaints at all about this place.

Great vacation rental!

Walked into a beautiful apartment! Plenty of room for two! The bed was comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. Very comfortable couch and living/bedroom combined. Pictures are accurate. Newer appliances so easy to use. Comfortable bathroom with a tall toilet for tall people! Even the utensils were great to use.We will be back for sure
