"This is a great venue if you wish to be off grid lifestyle. For us it didn’t quite meet our needs as our dog couldn’t manage the staircase & although we thought we had a shower and separate bathroom we only had a bath.
Hot water is at a premium here we found & lacking in water pressure. But truly a great venue if you wish to unplug, & chill.
One recommendation I would make, to help dogs relax. Is to the make the gardens private with privacy screens. The dog next door was barky & uneasy...

"We enjoyed our stay at this pub. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing! This is a very old pub building but is cosy and comfortable with a lovely friendly atmosphere, we would definitely go again!"

"The hotel was fine. It was clean and had everything I needed. The food was great and the staff were friendly. However, I was put in room 30 which is right next door to the fitness studio. There was dance music booming until 10pm then back on at 6:30 am. The music was so loud in the morning I could hear it while I was showering. This, along with the fire door outside my room banging all night meant I had a terrible sleep. When I booked Ithe room online, i stated I was there on business and feel strongly that I should have been put well away from the noise."
"We had a very enjoyable stay - excellent room facilities, breakfast, staff service and general amenity.
One query was not being able to include our ten nights on the IHG Rewards despite booking at an IHG hotel! As regular travellers this was disappointing.

"The breakfast was of poor quality, the plates were hot because the food was cold. The staff logging in was rude and made us wait to be seated by completely ignoring us while she used the computer. I asked if they had any rolls I was told bluntly we don’t do rolls although they did gluten free rolls. Only one drinks machine worked, the toast machine didn’t actually toast the bread. I did observe they had gluten free rolls?
When at the brassiere bar I asked for a straw for a Pimms and was told there was none. One of the food options had run out at the bar - this was at 1830. The food we ordered “mouls Marineir was not very warm and the fries were cold.
After all of the above we decided to eat out for dinner. I think much more effort could be expended in food quality and staff politeness"
"We were warmly welcomed, and even though we had arrived just as they were preparing to close the restaurant, they kept a table for us, and as it happens, some other latecomers. The food was freshly prepared, and worth the wait. In the morning the courtesy continued, attentive without being overbearing. Setting was good too. Highly recommended."
"Welcoming staff - helpful and cheerful.
Decent food and good choices too.
Comfy beds and nice and clean.
Would definitely use again if needed Kings Lynn accommodation."
"Wells next the sea is, as always, simply stunning and unique.
The Globe Hotel is well situated in a leafy area of Wells.
The room was okay, if a little tired, decor wise ie: paintwork needed touching up, but was clean and well stocked with beverages both hot and cold.
The bed was a tad uncomfortable for sleeping, it felt like a well used mattress.
On the whole the staff were polite and helpful.
Breakfast was well presented with a good choice of hot dishes along with continental food."
"We had a lovely time at the Pheasant Hotel, the staff were very hard working, could not do any more to make our stay relaxing, happy smiling staff, the hotel was on a country lane so very quite, food was delicious ,room was good, quiet, view was just of the grass bank, but we were only in the room to sleep. In a good position to explore all of the coast line, which was just beautiful .We would happily go back to this hotel."
