"Very good welcome and services. Fabulous restaurant. Very nice and pretty decoration and garden. But noisy and no cooling devise in bedroom so have to open window on the road side so very noisy. Pity because with cooling device it would have been almost perfect."

"Our stay at Villa Santa Maria was incredible. The property was beautiful and everything was clean and well maintained. The are 2 adjacent units, one with 4 bedrooms and another with 3. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We had access to the full property with amazing accommodations. We made wood fired pizza on our last night!Our host, Franca, was very accommodating and easily reachable in case we had a question or needed something. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Relais. The hotel Is in the Heart of Umbria's Hills. From the hotel you can have a wonderful view of the green landscape. Our room was big enough for 2, with all the comforts. Everything was clean and new, the bed really comfortable. We used the spa and I need to mention Francesca for her service. Actually, at the Relais all the staff members were all.nice and kind with the guests."
