"Loved this hotel. I just had wanted to swim in the lake and when I went on the stone steps to go into the lake I fell due to a slimy substance being all over the stairs that you could not see. I was lucky i only hurt my back and arms and didn’t hit my head. This area needs to be roped off so no one gets killed on these steps."

When my grandson forgot his backpack in a Migros store in the center of town, the reception called the store for me in Italian, and discovered it was being held in Lost and Found. Grazie bene!"
