"I had to take the elevator downstairs for coffee and microwave.There is a coffee pot in the room but no where to get hot water.It was a good location to every where lighting was bad tv hardly worked "

"All in all property was good, great location, minutes walk within the French quarter, centrally located in business district. I initially booked cause read there was breakfast provided yet no food other than vending machines. Didn’t like that had to request housekeeping each day, but I get it. Friendly staff, most outside were friendly too. Plethora of food, shops, and drink surrounding hotel. "

"Perfectly fine, but not top tier. Seemd to be a bit of a skeleton staff, but they were very friendly and helpful. No restaurant and the coffee shop was closed a couple times it wasn't supposed to be.... Apparently someone was sick and had no backup. Room was fine, but a little noisy. Not a bad place, certainly, but not my favorite."

"The outdoor hot tub and pool were quite nice. The complimentary breakfast and light dinner were a great bonus!"

"Location is very good. Room was not ready at 4 pm and we had to wait a half hour. Noted several other parties were in lobby waiting for their rooms as well. Parking is valet only at $47/day. Staff not helpful in ID'ing alternative parking but there are many lots nearby at varying cost. We fount one for $22/day close by. Rooms are pretty basic, but clean. Beds comfortable. Omissions included soap/soapdish missing in one room; no detergent for the dishwasher; glass shelf half-hanging off the bathroom wall; many dents on fridge door, incomplete odd numbers of utensils - we had two teaspoons for 3 people)(A damage list should be provided for guests to note pre-existing damage.) Only one bath towel per guest was provided for a week stay. Breakfast was well done and breakfast staff were friendly. WiFi was weak and spotty at times. A decent value. "

"Room cleanliness was pretty good but not great. The kitchenette was low on utensils. Breakfast was good, with variety and plentiful allowing for extending time beyond the posted closing, usually by about 15 minutes. Everyone on the staff I came into contact with was quite pleasant, there were a couple moments of not knowing something that shouldn't have happened. Wi-fi was decent. I could see staying there again, it was more than adequate and the bed was pretty comfortable."
