"The front desk staff was great when we arrived. Very helpful and checking was smooth and seamless. The property has not been well maintained and our room was damp and had an odor. We arrived late, so we decided to deal with it. The bed also creaked when anyone moved slightly-not sure if that was the mattress or bed springs. This is not somewhere we would pay to stay at again."

"My experience was great. We only stayed for the evening but the staff was wonderful and very helpful and friendly. It was clean and very beautiful on the inside. I have no complaints except the parking. This was the only downside. It was tight and scary to drive down to the parking lot area. Plus there were no instructions from the parking area telling you how to get to the main floor. Other than that our stay was very good. Thank you."

"Clean facility and clean room, BUT Photos on advertisement does not accurately represent the actual place. Very noisy street with cars, police and sirens activities during nighttime. Streets were dirty and foul odor. Lots of unhouse people on the street. Positive note: King bed and pillows were very comfortable. Many restaurants and eateries were walking distance."

"My staff and I had a business trip to New Orleans and stayed at the ES Sonesta. It was a perfect location! We were just blocks from the main part of Canal Street, within a five minute walk. It was centrally located and the accommodations were clean and spacious. I consider it a win if I get a microwave and mini fridge so my leftovers can be eaten (especially in New Orleans!) but the suites even have cabinets with dishes, full-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher and a dining table, wow. We didn't have to use them but it was great to have. The breakfast was convenient and offered multiple options so there was something to satisfy everyone. And the staff were so helpful and nice, just real sweethearts. I would stay there again anytime. Book it!"

"Our room was just ok, I prefer a firmer pillow. We stayed 6 nights for a conference and location was convenient for access to the conference center. The gym was tiny and at times too crowded to use the equipment. Our TV cable reception was very spotty which made watching live sports events challenging. Gave 4 stars as the price was low but would probably pay extra for more comfortable accommodations next time."
